位置很好，就在homme de fer 有軌電車旁，去各景點很方便。酒店房間乾淨整潔，但入住三晚告之前台打掃衞生，均沒有打掃，很讓人掃興。

Very Old Hotel. Not Clean, Pull out Beds has Dirt on the Sheets. We booked a 1 Bedroom and we were put in a Courtyard with Pigeons as our Neighbors. NO AC! very Hot Room even if its Spring. NO AC - Stay Away from this Hotel if you Prefer AC. Room is like a Sauna Steamer. Breakfast was BAD. Bacon Taste Bad. Eggs Scrambled and Breads could see better days. Coffee Machine always Empty. I booked this hotel since its an ACCOR Brand and i am a SILVER member. But was very Disappointed and Would Stay away from this Place. NO HOUSEKEEPING. NO SERVICE. Minimal Staff. No Staff Assistance. Location was Very Good but that was the ONLY Good part of our Stay, Everything else was very Bad. Rating: 1 Star. Bad Bad stay. Should have stayed somewhere else.

Die Lage ist super - allerdings viele kleine Mängel - die auch nicht behoben wurden… auch nach Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier musste man nachfragen weil es unter 8 Tagen Aufenthalt keine Zimmerservice gibt 😳. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto wurde auch nicht gesagt dass man im Parkhaus eine Rabattkarte vom Hotel bekommt und dann für 28€/h parken kann.

非常舒適的公寓，可以自己做飯，旁邊就是主接買東西什麼的也很方便，坐電車也非常方便，非常喜歡斯特拉斯堡這個城市，明年還會再來

Good hotel for the price. Note that as a service appartement they don’t change bedsheet and towel during your stay (less than 8 days) location is very central but vibe around is not that great.

Great location, access to sight seeing is convenient. Room is well equipped & spacious. Staff are friendly & helpful.

The location was very central so that’s good. But there was no housekeeping services for stays below 8 nights so that was a disadvantage. And the hotel life was spoilt on the final day of our stay which meant we had to carry down our luggage down 8 flights of stairs which was simply crazy with no compensation from the hotel for this.

The hotel is located right in the city centre, so it's convenient to explore the city, but do be aware that it quite a far way to get there from the train station. The room is equipped with a kitchen but it's quite a squeeze.
